Welcome new and potential followers of the Black Ghost Organization: I am and I am proud to welcome you to Black Ghost and all of his subordinates fan club. As our glorious Leader’s representative, it is my duty to inform you of basic information such as rules and regulations, registration, and submission procedures. We at Black Ghost take our jobs very seriously, and any insubordination or misdemeanors will result in expulsion or worse: death.

~Registration
To register as a follower unto the dark lord Black Ghost, simply send a note to me, or leave a comment with your name and favorite creation, ie:

~Rules and Regulations
-You must add a link to this in your journal or signature. You can do this by entering the code :icon 00EvilPPLFan: (with no space) to your journal or :dev 00EvilPPLFan: (with no space) to your signature. NO EXCEPTIONS!
-You must be a fan of Black Ghost or his assassins. Submission of the number of a cyborg whose name and number rank lower than 0010 will lead to your untimely demise. ANTAGONISTS ONLY.
-You must contribute to the organization. You may submit art or post on the main page to do so. FAILURE TO DO SO WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER YOUR NAME HAS BEEN ADDED TO THE ROSTER LEADS TO EXPULSION.
-You need not submit anything new after your first initial submission but it is highly encouraged.
-You do not need to add to your deviantwatch list, but it is highly recommended. I will update the page with new art and members at least once a week. News updates will be posted whenever necessary.
-Submission to the will of your lord Black Ghost is a must. Failure to do so will lead to expulsion and ultimately your death.
-Flames most welcome as Leader needs something to amuse himself every once in a while. And be warned, he will respond to any and all flames.
-More will be added as Leader sees fit.
